Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to define financial planning and resource allocation processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance metrics.
- Ensure seamless integration of ITBM with ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
- Customize ITBM modules for specific business requirements.
- Optimize portfolio management workflows and templates.
- Monitor ITBM performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Develop scripts to automate routine ITBM tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to define and refine ITBM processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits of ITBM data and configurations.
- Provide training materials and conduct user workshops.
- Analyze business requirements to enhance ITBM functionalities.
- Document all configurations, customizations, and integrations for ITBM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITBM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and resource management processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITBM certification preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to develop dashboards and reports for business analytics.
- Experience with portfolio management workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation.
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules for integration purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with financial tracking and resource allocation tools.
- Experience with performance analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
