Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions for ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) to meet client requirements.
• Implement ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement robust ITOM strategies.
• Optimize CMDB to support ITOM functionalities and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and administrators.
• Analyze ITOM requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate ITOM capabilities.
• Integrate ITOM with third-party tools and platforms.
• Develop and maintain scripts for custom ITOM patterns and workflows.
• Conduct performance tuning and system optimization activities.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and ITIL best practices.
• Create technical documentation for all ITOM configurations and customizations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest ITOM features.
• Collaborate with clients to develop a long-term ITOM strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and their application within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and ITOM module integration.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, IP configurations, and firewall settings.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ITOM projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk, or SolarWinds.
