Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Customize the HRSD module to streamline HR workflows, improve employee experience, and integrate with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and data privacy requirements.
- Create HR portals and knowledge bases to improve employee self-service capabilities.
- Perform periodic system reviews and recommend updates to optimize performance.
- Integrate HRSD with other modules like ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Develop custom scripts and workflows to meet unique HR requirements.
- Provide training to HR staff on using ServiceNow HRSD effectively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement secure data migration strategies.
- Resolve incidents and issues related to HRSD functionality.
- Analyze HR process inefficiencies and suggest automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Document all customizations, workflows, and integrations for future reference.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Experience with HR case management, employee self-service portals, and knowledge bases.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Knowledge of HR compliance requirements like GDPR and CCPA.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party HR tools like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field.
